1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the enrollment and participation in the IT Internship Course (“Course”). By enrolling in the Course, you (“Student”) agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • Prerequisites: Students must meet the prerequisite requirements as specified in the course description.
  • Age Requirement: Students must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

3. Enrollment and Payment

  • Enrollment: Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces are limited.
  • Payment: 50% payment of course fees must be made at the time of enrollment. Remaining 50% payment to be made after one month. Payment plans may be available upon request.
  • Confirmation: Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to the student.

4. Attendance and Participation

  • Attendance: Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and complete all assignments and assessments.
  • Participation: Active participation in discussions, projects, and other course activities is required.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Respect: Students must treat instructors and fellow students with respect and courtesy at all times.
  • Academic Integrity: Plagiarism, cheating, and other forms of academic dishonesty are prohibited and will result in disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from the course.
  • Compliance: Students must comply with all course policies, including those related to the use of online platforms and resources.

6. Assessment and Certification

  • Assessment: Students will be assessed based on their performance in assignments and projects.
  • Certification: Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certificate of completion. Certification requirements will be specified in the course outline.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Data Collection: Personal data collected during enrollment and course participation will be used solely for course administration and will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Consent: By enrolling in the course, students consent to the collection and use of their personal data as described.

9. Liability

  • Disclaimer: The course provider is not responsible for any technical issues, including internet connectivity problems or hardware failures that may affect a student’s ability to participate in the course.
  • Indemnity: Students agree to indemnify and hold harmless the course provider from any claims arising out of their participation in the course.

10. Amendments

  • Policy Changes: The course provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email.
