1. Full Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Students who withdraw from the IT Internship Course within the first seven (7) days from the start date of the course are eligible for a full refund.
- Process: To request a full refund, students must submit a written request to the course administration via email within the specified period. The request should include the student’s name, course details, and reason for withdrawal.
2. Partial Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Students who withdraw after the first seven (7) days but before the fourteenth (14th) day of the course start date are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the course fee.
- Process: A written request for a partial refund must be submitted to the course administration via email. The request should include the student’s name, course details, and reason for withdrawal.
3. No Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Students who withdraw after the fourteenth (14th) day from the course start date are not eligible for any refund.
4. Refund Request Process
- Submission: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the course administration. The email should include the student’s full name, course details, date of enrolment, and reason for the refund request.
- Review: Refund requests will be reviewed within fifteen (15) business days from the date of submission.
- Decision: The student will be notified of the refund decision via email. If approved, refunds will be processed within fifteen (15) business days from the date of approval.
